We have recently completed external fire spread assessments for the iconic Beetham Tower and No.1 Deansgate in Manchester.
No.1 Deansgate is the tallest all steel residential building in the United Kingdom standing at 62 metres, whilst Beetham tower is the second tallest building in Manchester standing at 169 metres.
The external envelope of these buildings has been deemed safe and meets the current Government guidance.
