A residential development of 64 private apartments.
Intrusive investigations and subsequent remediation works were undertaken on external cladding systems.
All cladding systems on the external walls were removed and re-instated including the masonry brickwork system.
Due to the way the existing building was poorly constructed, this was a complex project from high level design all the way to final construction.
