Our Services

Construction Phase Fire Safety Assurance

FirePrevent provide construction phase monitoring, remediation works consultancy, fire safety defect identification reports and detailed fire safety design reviews.

Fire Engineering Support

This is a service that we offer during the construction phase of a building, between RIBA stages 4 and 6 or during remediation works on a development where fire safety issues have been highlighted.

Our construction phase fire safety assurance services provide our clients with significant levels of comfort that the intent of the original fire safety design has been monitored and inspected prior to handover.

We can expertly review internal fire precautions (active and passive) and external wall cladding systems, with the aim of protecting life safety and reducing any commercial risks for our clients.
